Click the red plus button to show the predefined blocks and drag out the ones you think will fit best your site. Use each blocks properties panel to adjust them to your needs. Reorder the blocks at any time by dragging them to their new position. Switch between Mobile Tablet and Desktop view with the buttons in the top bar also previewing and publishing your work from there. Adding more pages and setting some extra options to your project is done from the Hamburger menu and changing your sites global look – from the styles editor – the blue brush button next to the one bringing out the blocks palette.
